You may have seen our little soccer club and the location we play in the news today. Our current facility that we lease has been purchased. RACER Trust, a GM holding company, had it in their charter to sell this land when they could find a buyer, and they did. The fact that I've already received so many messages and texts about this shows how much you care about our program and our
community.
With our current facility โ generously made available to us for over a decade by RACER Trust (Detroit, MI) โ now under contract with AC Power LLC (New York, NY), the Regionโs Board recognized the immediate need to secure a new home by Fall 2026. We extend our deepest gratitude to RACER Trust for their partnership, generosity, and steadfast support of youth sports in our community. Their commitment has played a vital role in allowing thousands of players to learn, grow, and compete on safe fields for more than 10 years.
We are proud to announce our plans to move back to Swartz Creek. This move marks a significant step forward in realizing our long-term vision of returning our home fields to Creek, establishing a permanent and sustainable location for our athletes, and expanding programming to serve even more families in the years ahead. While we cannot provide you with a concrete site plan or details of the address just yet (as we are still working to put pen on paper for all of that), we have been working diligently since we were told this was going to occur to find a new and better location for your players to enjoy the beautiful game.
Plans for the new facility will provide Swartz Creek families with convenient access to high-quality, newly developed fields designed to support player development, competitive play, and future program expansion. As the region continues to grow, the relocation will also position AYSO Region 512 to broaden community programming and significantly enhance the experience for players, families, fans, and donors. We realize there will be questions - please remember we're all volunteers here, doing our best. If you would like to help us fundraise, organize, or do site work please email us at:
[email protected]. We would appreciate your help!
Below is some information about our fundraising efforts. We will be reaching out to organizations for grants, sponsorships, donations, etc. This is not on the people of Swartz Creek to donate this money - this is a major effort that we are putting together to make our new site the best it can be.

To bring this vision to life, AYSO Region 512 is launching a major capital fundraising initiative: The Creek Soccer Futures Campaign. With a goal of $50,000, this campaign will directly support the construction, development, and long-term sustainability of our new home.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit receiving no government funding, the success of The Creek Soccer Futures Campaign will rely on the generosity of our families, alumni, sponsors, and community partners.
Funds raised through the campaign will support:

Building new fields, training spaces, restrooms, enhanced concessions, and a large equipment shed essential for field maintenance.
โข Expanded Community Access:
Supporting free-to-play and reduced-cost opportunities for youth from underserved communities.
